I am a weight loss/health coach, personal trainer, and certified sports nutrition specialist. I help my clients overcome their internal and external challenges so they can lose weight, reach their goals, and get amazing results. I do this through my unique approach of planning, communication, and knowledge.  I don't just help develop your body.  I also help to develop your mind.  There are a number of reasons that people don't succeed when it comes to losing weight and getting the body they always wanted.  The most important are:


1.) Most people do nothing to address their mindset.  Weight loss and body composition changes are 50% nutrition, 25% mindset, and 25% support.  Without having all of these pieces in place, a person is much more likely to fail.

2.) Most people try to reinvent the wheel the same way I did.  Sure, it can be done.  I did it.  You can too.  Do you have 30 years to spend figuring it out?  Why not learn from someone who has already earned the knowledge?

 

I understand what you're going through. My mindset kept me stuck for years and it wasn't until I addressed it that I was able to lose 60 pounds and achieve what I never thought was possible, running 3 half marathons and a full marathon. The doctors told me I would never be able to do these things because I was born with Cerebral Palsy. It made movement a struggle and I couldn't really use the left side of my body for any normal things. My body just didn't do what I asked it to. Even something as simple as tying my shoes was a challenge. I felt like I was more defined by the things that I couldn't do than the things that I could do. I felt like I shouldn't even try, so I didn't for many years.


I ended up gaining more and more weight. I felt undesirable, depressed, and downright miserable because the weight made me even less able to do things than before. I felt terrible about the person that I saw in the mirror. My confidence was at rock bottom. I couldn't take it any longer. I realized that I had a choice to make. I could continue doing the things I had done, allowing my Cerebral Palsy and weight to be an excuse, or I could make changes and become the best version of myself. I chose to go for the best.

This choice changed my life. I took action and immersed myself in research, becoming an expert in fitness, nutrition, and mindset.  I am a NCSF Certified Personal Trainer, a NCSF Certified Sports Nutrition Specialist, and a Certified Habits/Health Coach.


I understand what it is to toil and struggle that is why I am so passionate and driven to ensure the success of my clients by giving them expert knowledge, practical tools, and personal accountability that keeps them on track to creating lasting changes in their weight, health, and well-being. Unlike other weight loss and health coaches, I help you transform more than just your body, I also help you transform your mind and belief systems so you can go further than you ever thought possible too.


I truly love helping people overcome their obstacles so they can lose weight and achieve their goals, enabling greater destinations even long after we stop working together. I know that you can overcome anything when you have the right knowledge, plan, and support. I provide my clients with all of that and more.
